Car rental (BMW Roadster)?

My cousin would like to rent a bmw roadster for prom, he needs to figure out where he can rent this car. How would he go about finding this rental, and if you're unsure about how he could find it, what would you do in order to find this car (if you ''needed'' it).

At your cousin's age (you said he was going to the prom), your chances of having any company willing to rent him any luxury/sports cars are slim to none. (assuming if you can find them).

You did not specify where you lived. If you live near a big city, your chances are better at locating a speciality rental company.

I know Herts has speciality rentals for Ford vehicles (Mustangs...etc) but my first paragraph applies.

zipcar.com has BMWs, but only the 3 series sedans, and only at select locations... your cousin's age is also going to be a major problem here.

Call around, Google ''BMW rental (your city/state)'' and see what you can find...

Here's the thing though... I know proms are THE EVENT for guys your cousini's age now. But think about it, what is the logic behind trying to rent a luxury/sports car to drive if your family don't currently have one? Is it to show-off that you can drive a rental roadster (sounds a little shallow don't you agree)?
