What do you mean - highest gas mileage or highest miles driven???

Gas mileage for the 3 series runs around 27 - 30 mpg on the highway.

Some BMWs have gone 400,000 miles and more, with fanatical maintenance. Most BMWs are good for 150,000 to 250,000 miles.

I just hit 150,000 on my trip this week, it is a 98 M3 and get 30-32 MPG on the highway.

Everything will fall apart before the motor does.

With proper care, the car can last 200 or even 300k + miles.

I had a 87 325is with 255k before i sold it.
I have seen BMW's with 300,000 miles on them, and you would have no idea unless you looked at the odometer.
