i have bmw 320i 1988 and i want to know if i need to chang its fuel filter bcz i feel its horsepower is low and i want to know what can i do to increase its power i change plugs and cold air intake

Yes, I would change the fuel filter, give the car a full tuneup. The cold air intake is a good idea, get a good flowing muffler as well, like a flowmaster.
