My bmw have 194 horsepower and I see others 325 and have 170 horse power.

Your car has 194 HP in Euro trim, in US trim it's 184. There is a small difference in the way it is measured, and usually a small difference due to the emissions requirements of the vehicles. The 170 you refer to is the HP of a 323 from the previous model year and before.

Please always include the country you are referring to. These cars are around the globe, and each country has slight differences.

First you need to post what YEARs these cars are. and HP is not everything the one with lower HP might have more torque. Also don't believe everything you read in mags and online posts as to the power ratings of your car.
the car in mexico doesnt have to meet the emissions standards set in the states so no catalytic converter = better horsepower.

and when it says 325ia, the ''a'' just stands for ''automatic'' transmission.
Yeah mexico gets euro versions of most cars , but BMW hasnt made 170 hp 325 since 1991 .
yeeah. Im conused
If it is a second hand, maybe the previous owner put aftermarket parts in it. If you're really that curious dyno it, make sure it is 100% correct. Also, the i stands for injection, and the a means its an automatic.
