have bmw the wipers stoped working pulled over turned engine off turn back on they started to work,drove for little while they stop again any idears

It's all done through a single BODY ECU, which also does the light, electric windows, central locking etc etc. Get a BMW garage to pop it on their diagnostic machine.

Have you looked to see if its a faulty stalk????
sounds more likly to be switch or moter its self
