A new brain would be a good start.
the K%26N will mess up your Air flow meter and the sports exhaust will now give the wrong readings to the Lamda sensors, so be ready for some big bills.

Here're some ideas you did not list out that would also be functional besides just cosmetic.
If you like to drive your car hard, you'll definitely appreciate these braking/handling upgrades:
- Slotted/cross drilled brake rotors
- Braided brake hoses
- 4 or 6 pot calipers.
- Coilover shocks
- Strut brace bar
- Short shift kit (stickshift cars only)
/ Wow - looks like you have a unique ride already...
If you want some more styling, add some carbon fiber wherever you can... Hood, mirrors, rocker panel covers under each door... and the interior.
Replace the door handle covers, interior strips, dash guage cover and shifter base with carbon fiber. Get the M3 shifter base with chrome ring and chrome shifter knob (or lighted M3 knob - wiring plug is right there under leather boot).
