A MR Victor James E-mailed me stateing that I won an international lottery based on my e-mail address, and that I won a BMW 5series car and several million dollars, and that they could not take it out of the winnings, and that I have only three days to pay the $900.00 dollars so I could recieve my winnings. I was to send money through western union, it sounds to good to be true. I gave some information and was contacted by MR Victor James by phone he told me it was all true and that I only have three days to pay.

i am victor james and yes it is true. Really... you need to ask this? did you sign up for something using your email address? if not it is fake. good rule of thumb if you didn't sign up for anything you can't win anything.
