Should I get Plastic surgery or a BMW?

I'm thinking about getting plastic surgery; I am also in the market of getting a BMW. Which should I get first? If I get plastic surgery, it will take me a year before I can begin thinking about buying a BMW, the same is true if I get the BMW, I will have to wait a year for the plastic surgery. if its just something that you dont like about yourself but isnt really that big of a deal...go for the beamer...getting laid all the time from that will boost your confidence so much you probably wont even get the work done...

if its like gross disfigurement...the first thing people always notice about you...makes you feel terrible all the time...REALLY needs to get fixed before you can move on with your life...spring for the surgery and some counseling...

having a beamer is no fun if you dont have anyone in the passenger seat...

if you get the bmw first, you may not need the plastic surgery.
Plastic surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
