I think Europeans make the best cars and these are my top Luxury picks, except for Lexus. Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porshe, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Lexus. Can you tell me which is the best and why? In terms of Quality, Comfort, Pleasure of Driving, Prestige, and Performance. PRICE /COST is not an issue. Also can you name any other luxury brand not included in my list that should?

I may have misread you, but some of the cars you mentioned are not German.
Either way, if you are looking for the best car in the world, my money would be on the Lexus LS400 (it's Japanese).
My personal choice would be the current BMW 745i, unless I'd have the money for a Bentley or Rolls Royce (British).
